I loved the elegant-style building and my reasonably large room with queen and single bed. The location was BEAUTIFUL in walking distance to the main square, not very far from Town Hall Sandomierz. Plus, it was really close to the Willa Pod Brama restaurant, and the bars.

Conveniently located in a peaceful area close to Dlugosz House. Plus, it's right next to Poland and a short stroll to the center 🏡.

The hotel is beautifully located in its own grounds within easy walking distance of the main square in Sandomierz. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped. There is a very attractive restaurant and in good weather you can eat on the terrace. There is an adventure playground for children. The staff were polite and helpful.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, situated near the center of town. It was great being able to explore Sandomierz easily, as everything was within walking distance. The hotel itself was charming, set in a lovely grassy park-like setting. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern bath facilities. I particularly liked the Old World style and the attention to detail in the decor. The staff were friendly and provided good service, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Another highlight was the breakfast, which included a variety of traditional Polish dishes. I especially loved the hearty soup called "Żurek". this hotel provided great value for money and I would definitely recommend it.
All was okay, nothing that I believe could be improved.

Great position, good access to old town. Food excellent and inexpensive in the hotel.Could take my dog for no extra charge. My mother -in-law came and said it was the best room she had stayed in. It was very busy, but did not have any delays or reduction in service. The hotel is better than the photos on the website

Everything about Hotel Sarmata was wonderful; the friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay in Sandomierz great! We visited over 6 different hotels throughout Poland, including one other hotel in Sandomierz, and this one tops the list - very clean and inviting rooms that give you luxury at a reasonable price. The decor is old-world antique with beautiful dark woods and rich red and gold accents. The restaurant is just as nice with a delicious menu to choose from and large buffet breakfast in the morning. Free gated parking on site is another plus and the Market Square is very close (about 5 walking minutes). Looking forward to staying here again in the future! 10 out of 10 stars

I had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, particularly in the restaurant where they served us breakfast even though we were one hour late. The location close to the historic main square of the city made it easy to walk around and see the sights. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with excellent housekeeping and bathroom facilities. Plus, the breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from.
Nothing negative to say.

Beautifully designed and located near the Old Town of Sandomierz. Hotel has its own character as it has been reconstructed from the old noble mansion. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful; good selection of food in the hotel restaurant. And above all, secure parking allowed me to sleep peacefully :)
Lack of air conditioning when the weather gets really hot.

Cool design in old style house, great interior
Personnel did not allow me to left car on their parking till the evening. Usually we spend weekend in many cities and book hotel for night from Sat to Sun. We are having walking city tours on Sunday and usually I ask personnel to leave a car on their parking till evening (like till 18:00). I never was refused. This time I was allowed to leave car by 15:00 only. I am not sure I understand purpose for this, as most of parking lot were free. More over there are plenty of free parking in the city. For me it was just a point of convenience to leave a car near the hotel and not look for free parking lot. So it was rather strange...
